Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator (Remote)

Atlas Canada is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and versatile candidate to join our Avail team! The candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service to our customers. The Move Coordinator’s duties include the following:

 

Duties of a Bilingual Move Coordinator:

  • Arranging and scheduling services
  • Interacting with agents and operations personnel, and communicating regularly with clients and end-line customers
  • Maintaining system updates and documenting monitoring steps
  • Providing exceptional customer service during the relocation process
  • Entering shipment orders in the Atlas system and tracing all stages of the order
  • Contacting various agents and vendors involved to ensure servicing parties understand all move management requirements

Employment Type & Hours:

Full-time position with work hours between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Possible overtime during peak season.

Required Skills:

  • Bilingual French and English (verbal and written)
  • Effective problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and analyze data for errors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good reasoning ability and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, agents, and other outside organizations
  • 2 years Customer Service/Call Centre Experience an asset

Dispatcher

We have an immediate need for a full time person to fill this position.

 

Duties

  • Plan, Organize and Coordinate Movement of Shipments
  • Effectively Communicate Instructions/Information to Drivers, Agents and Employees
  • Maintain Manifest History of Dispatched Orders
  • Update Orders, Communicate and Diarized Pertinent Information
  • Provide Support/Assistance to Agents, Drivers and Employees

Skills & Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office, AtlasNet & AS400 experience an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Time Management skills necessary to complete workload
  • Team Orientated
  • Preference will be given to those who have
  • industry/HHG dispatch experience.

8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Monday to Friday

 

8:00 am to 12:00 pm
