  • Assist PVO’s with ACE and ACI customs submissions

  • Provide support and guidance to PVO’s, agents and fellow employees

Duties:

  • Focuses on arranging services related to the relocation process, interacts with customers, regional agents and operational personnel
  • Providing clear and direct communication with the relocation family, clients and operational personnel
  • Tracks all stages of the relocation making sure that all service partners understand their roles and expectations of service
  • Follow up with Clients on the success of service delivery, including survey completion and quarterly reporting

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 years serving customers in a similar responsibility
