Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Claims

We have an immediate need for a full time person to fill this position.

                       
Duties:

  • Responsible for investigating, documenting and processing Household Goods claims
  • Handling Customer Complaints and Damage Claims
  • Communicates with van operators, agents, customers
  • Resolves claims fairly while recording all inquires, complaints and action taken
  • Any other duties as required

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office & AS400 experience an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Time Management skills necessary to complete workload
  • Fluent verbally and written in French and English
  • Preference will be given to those who have industry experience

Hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Monday to Friday

Credit & Collections Coordinator

We have an immediate need for a full time person to fill this position.

                       
Duties:

  • Collections of customer accounts
  • Preparation of various A/R reports
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Maintenance of Log & Fuel Tax program
  • Obtain credit approvals on new and existing accounts
  • Provide supporting documentation for audit requests
  • Cash Application back up

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years collections experience
  • Understanding of accounting principles including receivables
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Dunn and Bradstreet credit reports
  • Detail oriented with the ability to problem solve
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

Hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Monday to Friday
