Move Management Coordinator

We have an immediate need for a full time person to fill this position.

                       
Duties:

  • Initiate Move Management Routines upon request
  • Complete Move Management Communication Responsibilities as assigned
  • Quality Assurance follow up with Customers and Agents
  • Monitoring Agent Performance
  • Providing support to other team members
  • Any other duties deemed necessary

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team Player
  • Typing Skills 40 - 60 wpm
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Fluent verbally and written in French/English an asset
  • 2 years Customer Service/Call Centre Experience

Hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Monday to Friday

Administrative Assistant

We have an immediate need for a full time person to fill this position in our Operations Department.

                       
Duties:

  • Prepare/Provide support in all forms of communication and correspondence
  • Prepare presentation materials and Operations internal reporting
  • Assist in meetings and webinar requirements
  • Answer overflow Operations phone calls
  • Provide support to the Senior Director and the Operations team as needed
  • Other administrative support as required

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Time management, multi-tasking and organization skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills including Work, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience required

Hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Monday to Friday
