Local move –up to 150 miles from point of origin to point of destination within Canada. Subject to a 4 hour minimum if charges are calculated at an hourly rate or 500 lb. minimum if tariff rates are used.

Long distance move- over 150 miles from point of origin to point of destination within Canada, Canada to the United States or from the United States to Canada. Cross border moves less than 150 miles are considered long distance moves. Subject to a 1500 lb. minimum weight.

International move – a move from Canada to any country other than the United States. Subject to a minimum invoice cost of $2000.00.

How do I enroll to become an Aeroplan member?

If you are not already an Aeroplan member, you can enroll by phone at 1-800-361-5373 or online at www.aeroplan.com/enroll.do.

How do I claim my miles?

Your Atlas moving consultant will give you an Aeroplan submission form to complete, or download a submission form here (English or French). Simply return it to the address shown on the form or fax it to (905) 844-7236, along with a copy of your Bill of Lading or Local Work Order and the miles will be credited to your Aeroplan account.

How long do I have to claim my Aeroplan miles?

All Aeroplan move submissions must be received at Atlas' office in Oakville, ON within 90 days from the date your shipment delivers to your new residence.

Where else can I earn additional Aeroplan miles?
